A&A works for The Garden View Hotel and Headquarters of HKYWCA at No 1 Macdonnell Road
Hotel Renovation Project

Client: The Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association (HKYWCA)

Project Nature: Direct Design & Build Main Contractor

Project Scale: 
• The whole Hotel building is 20 storeys high.

• Total area of window is 15,000 ft2

Scope of Works:
Carry out renovation and maintenance works to the whole building which included:-

• Replace all the existing single glazing aluminium window panes to laminated glass.
 
• Repair and maintenance of existing window ironmongeries and parts

• Spalling and repair of external wall tiles


Contract Commencement date:  June 2009
