Hotel Renovation Project Client : The Luxe Manor Architect :Aedas Interiors Ltd Main Contractor : Kelly Construction Co., Ltd
Project Scale: the hotel building is 15 storeys with 152 no of rooms. Scope of Works: Carry out external and internal renovation of the whole building which included:- Design, supply and install of all the aluminium windows. Design, supply and install of podium glass walling system and shop front. Design, supply and installation of glazing work, feature glass toilet sliding doors, glass balustrade and metal works
Contract Completion date: December 2006
