Ÿ   The whole service apartment building is 23 storeys high.

Ÿ   Total area of window is16,000 ft2

Ÿ   Total area of external louver area is4000 ft2

Ÿ   Total area of shopfront is1000 ft2

Scope of Works:

Carry out external renovation of the whole building which included:-

• Design, supply and install of all the aluminium windows completed with PVDF2 finishing and laminated glass.
• Design, supply and install of podium shop front.
• Design, supply and installation of external louvers grilles

Contract Completion date :  June 2008
